Included in your booking
Bar staff with fully stocked bar (payable by guests), door staff to greet your guests and monitor entry to keep your party private.
Use of our in-house PA system if you choose not to hire a DJ & use of our in-house lighting system.
We can set up 2 x 6ft tables with black table cloths on the balcony for any food/buffet you wish to bring.
Timings
Standard party time 7:30pm to 12am. (Doors open for guests at 7:30pm)
Time can be extended to 1am for an extra £100, this needs to be booked at least 2 weeks before the hire date.
Hirers/DJs can set up from 6:30pm. You are welcome to bring decorations including balloons however we do not allow anything to be stuck on the walls and we do not allow confetti.
Set up time can be extended at £25 per hour

Payment and Cancellation
Cancellation is a minimum of 8 weeks before the hire date, *if under the 8 week period your £150 deposit will not be refunded. You will not be charged for changing the date of your booking if needed.
Remaining balance payment is to be paid no later than 14 days before the hire date.
18th birthday parties
we take a £150 cash/card security deposit at the beginning of the party, this will be returned at the end of the evening if no damage or extra cleaning charges have been incurred.
Please note – We reserve the right to search, ID and wristband on entry if needed.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the venue has no disabled access/facilities and entry to the main hall is up a flight of stairs.
